Our holiday apartment was built in 2020/21 and offers space for 2 to 3 people on an area of 33 m². It is spacious, modern and newly furnished and has:
  • Open living/dining/cooking and sleeping area
  • 1 double bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed
  • Fully equipped living-in kitchen with seating for 3 people
    (incl. dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob with 2 plates incl. extractor hood, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.)
  • Separate bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink
  • 11 m² terrace with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains
  • Free parking
  • Flat TV and free WLAN
  • Bed linen, hand/bath towels and tea towels
  • Storage space for ski and snowboard equipment
  • Bus stop in the immediate vicinity
  • On request: bread service from the local bakery

The following prices apply to a stay per apartment per night. The price does not include the local tax of €3 per person/night or a one-off final cleaning fee of €60.

In summer you will receive the Summer card with which you receive numerous discounts.

Booking- and payment conditions

Your booking is valid if we have received your deposit which is 40 % of the total amount. Well will send a separate booking confirmation after received payment.

Payment options on site: Cash only (no credit cards!)

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In from 3PM to 6PM, Check-Out until 10AM. We kindly ask for a note if you will arrive later than 6PM.

Cancellation terms

A cancellation is an unpleasant process for you as it is for us. Depending on the date we will still charge the total amount or just a part of it (see Austrian Civil Law Code and hotel contract trems and conditions). If any guest is unable to come we will still charge the their share.
